Nota Bene is an official associate to the National Social Marketing Centre. This means that all our healthcare social marketing programmes are managed in line with the national protocol and guidelines that the NSMC have designed. As a selected consultant, we will be utilised by the NSMC to deliver social marketing training and programmes within the NHS.
A current project we are managing for Bromley PCT is applying social marketing best practice to Cardio Vascular Disease risk assesment. This programme has been designed in line with national CVD intervention guidelines, targeting patients who display two or more recognised risk factors. Programme components include;
- Accessing 'hard to reach' 40-60 year old males
- Targeting wards of high health deprivation
- Businesses in the PCT facilitating workplace patient interventions
The programme has been designed to enable the PCT to help meet their CVD risk asessment targets whilst delivering key communication messages to a specific patient group, encouraging them to make conscious lifestyle changes resulting in improved health and reducing their risk of Cardio Vascular Disease.
